What Am I Doin' Hangin' 'Round?x2- The Monkees

Michael Nesmith takes the lead on this very early example of country rock.  The song features members of The Byrds on harmony vocals.  The song was written by a friend of Nesmith's, Michael Martin Murphy, who went on to do the 70's mega-hit, "Wildfire."  This is one of my favorite Monkees songs and by default one of my favorite songs of all time.
