I'd roll with Tate; they seem pretty serious about keeping him involved. After that I'd go with Kendall Hunter, and the deep sleeper would be Kevin Smith, who's back with the Lions and is still very young, rested, and presumably healed. And if any of those speedy young receivers for Oakland are out there, I'd grab one.

The MBBRL playoff race:
Div Leader 1: one4 (7-2, 948 points for) Can effectively clinch the division this week by securing a four-game lead if he wins and Foot loses, given his 150+ point advantage Div Leader 2: DUB (7-2, 906 points for) A two-game lead, but still two very solid teams to contend with in Sam and Lefty Div Leader 3: Boomer (6-3, 876 points for) A one-game lead over Scape and Fuzzies, and they're all close points-wise Wild Card: Scape (5-4, 902 points for) Sam - 5-4, only 37 points out Fuzzies - 5-4, only 39 points out Lefty - one game back of Scape, but 29 points better than Scape Long way to go: Foot - one game back of three teams for the wild card, but a whopping 137 points back wiwhite, Duff, Joe - two games back and way behind in points (but not as far behind as Foot) Still kicking: Treff is now within three games of the wild card with five to go, with a steep difference in points.... He might still make it if he wins all his remaining games by big margins, and one4, DUB and Boomer keep beating the teams in front of him. Big games this week With a victory, one4 can knock Scapegoat out of the wild card lead and maybe seal his division Treff can either: a) help everybody out by taking down No-Luck Lefty, or b) lose and be eliminated from playoff contention |

Funny you should say that Will as in week 5 I started a poll in this league to see if we should add an I.R. spot to our rosters as we had allot of guys with injury problems at that time and really was feeling like the league could use it after looking at some of the line ups being put in(we start 10 and have 6 on the bench). How many guys did I have injured at that time? Miles Austin(who was slated to be back that week) and Daniel Thomas (who it was looking like he would be good to go). Of course it got shot down.............lol.
Sam PS. Now I'm the guy who will be putting in shotty line ups till my guys get healthy. My motto is gonna be "Just one more win till playoffs"! |
