OFFICIAL LSU vs OSU "Eat Crow" THREAD!!!

The key to this game for the Buckeyes is whether or not the can use their big and physical offensive line to run the ball .... A LOT!!!!!!! I think they can. I love Dorsey, but no one else on that d-line scares me. The LB's are good (Ali Highsmith being the first one to come to mind.). I also think OSU's defense has the advantage against LSU's offense. I also see Vernon Gholtson having a HUGE impact on this game. I really like Hester too, but I have seen Flynn play poorly on several occassions this year.

My pick OSU 27-17.

2012 - well , okay you get my drift . but all that being said , the buckeyes have one heckuva program , a great coach and superb student/athletes . kudos to them for getting back to this game .

 

Then you have to be kidding me that you think Pittman was better than Wells.

The thing that bothered me about Wells was that he got arm tackled so much.

I think he has to get really mad to play up to his potential or something. - Like in drives vs Wisconsin, Penn St, & Michigan.

Maybe his ankle will have healed up w/ some rest & he amazes everyone - that's what I'm counting on.

I think if LSU shows up to play, It will not be much of a game.  I am a huge VOLS fan and an SEC fan.  LSU has way to much speed for OSU.  Dorsey big number #72 will have a huge game.  Go LSU...

Quick food for thought.... what happens if OSU pulls it out???  Where do they sit as far as your opinions go?  Would they just be lucky or one of the most dominant College Football Programs in the country?  I am a huge buckeye fan and would liek to hear what SEC fans and buckeyes haters would think even if OSU wins... my guess is the ywill come up with excuses why LSU lost but seriously what if??? Let me know what you guys would think.

I think OSU has to come out guns blazing like UM did against Florida. Tressel has to let Boeckman throw it early on first down and the o-line HAS to give him some time to throw the ball. That throw the ball twice in the second half junk worked against Michigan in the sleet but it won't work against LSU in New Orleans. I think Boeckman is key. If LSU rattles him in the first quarter I might have to go to bed early again this year.

The very fact that overtime EXISTS as a possibility effects the strategies employed.

If OT didn't exist, who is to say LSU wouldn't have 1 or 2 losses anyway because Miles or the opposing coach wanted to go for the win instead of the TIE.

The Buckeyes will win by running the ball and throwing deep.  They will get to Flynn and get a couple of picks and stuff the run...

Yeah, it is going to be funny tomorrow. When the Tiger Nation gets to come in here and laugh all you OSU clowns. It will be almost as funny as your mascot! Hopefully OSU will grow some buckeyes and make the game some what interesting!
