GB10 Fantasy Playoff League - Final Standings

Ramblin 252.98 - didn't quite lap the field, but since the Divisional round his ultimate victory was never contested
Dave 182.86 - if anyone will fingure out a way to talk up a 2nd Place finish it will be Dave
Hawks 176.66 - I'm sure he will some how figure out a way to claim he's still the best...pillars posts blah blah blah
Meuse 172.20 - solid performance, but his Stephen Ridley pick kept him out of the Top 3
Scott 152.78 - got a Top 5 finish...that's respectable...just not worth talking about
Val 149.42 - needed a huge game from Tom Brady and Chad Ochocinco, but didn't get one from either player 
Bib 141.88 - at least avoided cellar dwellar twice
Broncs 140.82 - won't finish last and won't finish first...who really cares about everything in between
Comet 125.56 - same exact score as last week...with two weeks to prepare, maybe Jake Ballard will catch a ball
SJ76 102.86 - someone has to finish last and not give a ****...can't think of a GB10 regular who would handle it better

now NBC gets to pay a nice little fine tot he FCC for showing the finger .

I guess 8 seconds isn't enough time to blurr the middle finger, but it was close.  I expect that future Super Bowl halftime shows to be delayed by at least 10 seconds...can't afford to have mistakes with the entire country watching.

Here's a novel thought....why the heck don't the networks make contracts with these halftime performers....if they do something, make them pay the fine?!?!  I bet she thinks twice about it then (depending on the amount). 

Let me guess...the censors where all males...computer geeks all drolling over themselves as they've never seen anything like that before...LMAO!!!  I saw on another thread talking about this...that this girl does the same thing in her music video....so unless NBC didn't do any research at all (I find that hard to believe)....they had to know it was potentially coming....DUH!

Very entertaining game.  Not easy for the Giants to end up with 21 points when their first score was a safety.

Janet Jackson had her wardrobe malfunciton and the average age of the SB halftime performers since then is in the mid-fifties.  Now with MIA's finger malfunction, no telling how high it's going to go.  What's Tony Bennett doing next February?

I agree, but according to their statement she hadn't given any indication she was going to do so during any of the practices.  That being said the fact is they have to be responsible when they had 8 seconds to do something about it...just too slow on the trigger.

I think this has more to do with the short-lived success of most modern music performers and their inability to stand the test of time...other than a few possible exceptions, I don't know which acts have the ability to draw the attention of an entire nation.

Last Superbowl bet... will it be March or April before Hawks posts again....

Brady did just fine regardless of the Giants D.. his traditional recievers Welker etc  dropped the ball and Gronk was a non-factor.. that is what the Giants really did.. took Gronk out of the game and the others choked

I thought the Giants D did a fine job of disrupting Tom Brady most of the game excluding the last drive of the first half and first drive of the second half...between the passes knocked down and the interception and safety where they were around his feet, I felt they really kept him from getting comfortable.  That being said, the Patriots WRs definitely had a few key drops that we don't usually see from them.

I know the wounds are still fresh, but I'd be interested to hear from the resident GB10 Pats fans to get their perspective.

Doing good Hawks thanks for asking... Just graduated college at UCF, busy studying for the LSAT right now, as well as starting my own sports site... I have had internships with ESPN radio, Fox Sports and Scout.com, tired of making other companies money, time to do it on my own, lol... How has everyone here been?
