Wil thanks for bringing up the bets I made with Boomer and treff. Too bad they are not around.

Maybe that is why boomer left so he would not have to write that "The Foot is the football God" on his tag line since that was the stake we made on our bet made before the season of last year.  (Thanks Will for reminding me. I gotta say it is a little intimadating that you brought it up even though I won that bet, makes you seem like you are pretty confident it beating The Foot! Loser has to proclaim the other as being a fantasy football God after each and every post he makes from the end of the 14th week of this season untill the beginning of the 2013 season.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Just to ad to my Flacco prediction. With Suggs out and the once ferce Baltimore Defence weaking and with teams focused intently on stopping Rice first, my Flacco will not only have a break out season but have many oppurtinities to throw. Come from behind.

Foot - I like the January avatar thing better. That way if you want me to have a "Foot is a Fantasy Football God" avatar with multitudes kneeling before a giant foot on a mountain, you can (provided you win). And if I win, you have to sport whatever avatar I come up with.

And there was no specific bet with Treff - just the notion being batted around that whoever came in last in the MBBRL would have to slap on a sign-off at the end of each post for the next season. But he was one of several who stayed silent on that one, so I'm letting it slide.

Ok, Wil you're on but i say we do both. The avitar and the sign off after each post. Double the stakes, that's how confident I am in T-Hill, but T-Hill, Luck and RG3 all have to be starting from the first game or the bet is null, ok?

After Monkey and I both had the same thoughts on the Dolphins RB situation, Foot wrote this about Lamar Miller:

And since then I've been trying to wrap my head around it and trying to get a handle on the situation.  Then I just saw this:

Dolphins coach Joe Philbin believes No. 97 pick RB/KR Lamar Miller could eventually see time at receiver.

"I'm not saying make a full position change, but I think there's some flexibility with what you can do with the guy," Philbin said. Miller caught just 28 career passes in college, but buried behind Reggie Bush and Daniel Thomas on the depth chart, the Dolphins appear ready to get creative in finding ways to get Miller's 4.40 40 speed on the field. Recovering from December shoulder surgery, Miller says he's "coming along pretty good," and expects to be cleared for contact before camp.

And after reading that, it suddenly hit me.  Lamar Miller is this year's "CJ Spiller pick" by the Foot.  And now the world once again makes complete sense to me and order has been restored.

Did not realize how consistant his stats where.

I have an old cell phone without a keyboard. So when I text someone I have to use the T9 function. When ever I hit the keypad to spell "dont" (the contraction for 'do not' without the apostrophe, which is 3-6-6-8) the T9 function defaults to "foot." I don't use the word "foot" much in daily conversation. (Not as much as the word "dont" anyway.)

I love the fact that foot goes against the grain with a lot of thoughts/projections tho. It is nice to hear someone talking about QBs other than Brady/Brees/Rodgers as the #1 overall, no matter how unlikely it seems.

Dolphins suffer the same unfortunate, rough fate as the brownies - division is tough as hell. That doesnt mean they cant win, it just makes it extremely difficult to go from the bottom to the top, and to sustain that success. As a Rams fan, I love the realistic chance that all 4 teams seem to have almost every year to be in the playoffs. I am just hoping that SF doesnt start a trend of domination with their killer DEF. Not to brag on myself, but I knew that when Ted Ginn Jr got injured that SF would be missing a part of their formula for success (mostly the age old 'ball control wins games formula'). Now I didnt think that Ginn missing the game would be so key to them losing to the Giants, but anytime you lose one of the top KR/PRs it shakes up the special teams unit a bit. Rams havent found a good guy to return kicks since they let Az Hakeem go after he muffed the ball vs NO in the playoffs. hopefully that changes with some of the additions this season.

Wait wait wait, that's my whole bet in the first place. T-Hill's going to a better team, and if he's starting from Week 1 he might have a shot. But I say no way he starts Week 1, so no way he outperforms both RG3 and Luck.

So ok. I don't want to put words in your mouth, but it sounds to me like you are saying that "IF" T-Hill starts day 1 he has a shot to out perform Luck and RG3? Sounds like you are agreeing with me then Wil. It would have been fun seeing my avitar on your name. Oh well, I'm sure we will find another gentlemans bet you may feel you have better odds in. Nice to see you are scared of T-Hill though. 

I will do this bet, though: average FF points per start. Tannehill won't beat both RG3 and Luck. That way they Tannehill doesn't have to start from Week 1. And the stakes will be the other guy has to use the avatar you create, starting December 11 (the day after Week 14 ends) until after the Super Bowl on Feb. 5th.
