@clkelley78...ouch. i lost a championship game in 2008 by 1 point. I did not sleep very well for 2 weeks. eli is a top 10 qb this season, but unfortunately he is back to throwing multiple interception games regularly after avoiding them last year.
btw, i disagree with the analysis above that says assante samuel had strong coverage on nicks all night. nicks beat samuel a couple of times, but i am fairly certain samuel lined up against manningham more often than nicks. i do agree with the part about the running game, that was a disaster for the giants.
E-coli would do well in the Special Olympics, but shouldn't be allowed to play in "big boy" games. He was either high as a kite or has a mental disorder. How else to explain why he made a fool of himself over and over and sat around all night with a vacant grin on his face? I also noticed that none of his teamates seem to associate with him except on the field. Reminded me of the old Snickers commercial with the player sitting on the bench after a hard hit. A trainer comes by and asks him "Do you know who you are?" and the player responds "Of course I do.........I'm Batman". Seriously though, they should give him a drug test. He never exhibits any much emotion about anything, and he acts stoned out of his mind. Hey, it's all good....right?
