This may be an urban legend, but some feel that George Thorogood is "Guitar George" in Sultans of Swing. What leads some credence is that here on Long Beach Island, a blues rocker named Flamin' Harry was a regular fixture on the club scene during the summer. And Thorogood thought highly of him, once calling him one of the most underrated guitarists on the East coast blues scene. Harry also had a successful airbrush detailing business. Could that have been his "daytime job?"
