no locks today but i have 3 strong play
buffalo +5 over kent state. buffalo beat them last time and even on the road i believe they can win this outright or lose a close one.
providence +10.5 nova is a good team and they have been playing well lately but i think providence is getting too many pts and they need this game badly. i know nova needs the game but i believe providence needs it and wants it more. im looking for them to lose this game by 6-8 pts.
az state -10 last time they played stanford arizona state won this game by 30 pts! although i dont think that will happen again i believe stanford has no answer for pendergath inside. i like asu by 14pts.

SEC Lean From the BUNKER
Lost another lock on FL yesterday as MS State shot them out of the gym and hopefully have learned a good lesson. I believed TN shooting lights out against them was an aberration, turns out... its a trend. That trend being: FLORIDA can't play D.
Tonights SEC matchup between the Vols & Gamecocks is a tough one to call and looks like the thread is understandably split. TN's size and athleticism is bad news for SC (TN scored 54 paint pts in the first game), but Downey at home is unstoppable and they shoot the 3 much better.
IMO- Where the value lies..... is in the total. I was hoping the public would hammer the OVER and cause it to rise today, then possibly lock the under. Unfortunately- it has actually dropped a half to 158. This total is reflected by the fact both teams like a helter skelter pace and their earlier match-up reached 161, but I believe potential strategies will keep this game more controlled and the scoring down.
For TN to win: they must limit their turnovers (SC leads the league in steals). They had 22 in the first game and still won by shooting 58% which is not likely to happen again. For SC to win: they must force TN to shoot outside, limit the points in the paint/ie:easy shots, and keep TN off the Offensive glass.
Also- there were 44 free throws shot in the first game with both teams shooting 10% higher than normal.
The BUNKER leans to the UNDER 158.

I don't have time to read the board today. I told Holmey I would not make a lock again after I missed on the first day he returned unless I had stats and Gut feeling to back it up. I'm close to one today. I have not read the board like I said. Has anyone had anything to say about these three games?
