Terrific dunk Now lets see Blake hit the midrange jumper or a free throw.  That would be more impressive to me.  For the Money I would take Klove over Blake.  Who knows maybe these two can form a rivalry.  Oh by the way Lebron jumping over Lucas was sick!!!!

I think the important thing to remember was that it was about to be a completley normal dunk, and then Perkins came in a pushed him backwards with a pretty hard foul and Griffin just reached his hand way over Perkins head and threw it in anyway. Elevation + Slam Power + Distance from the rim = Awesome Dunk. There have been many dunks better than this one, but this is definitley going to qualify for dunk of the year (I agree that LeBrons looked better, but that guy he jumped over was only 5'10", 160 lbs LoL).

Hello, "hater" here.  Did not think it was very awesome.  Slightly awesome, but not "awesome" awesome.  The only part I appreciated was how far away from the basket he was.  Other than that, "slam it down" he did not.  It BARELY qualified as a dunk in my eyes, and there's been many better throughout NBA history.  I think that Lebron's (makes me sick typing this) was better.  Jumping over a man, while keeping your focus on a ball coming at you in the air and then actually dunking it - you know where you grab on the rim, pull it down with force, etc, was way higher degree of difficulty.  I feel like the crazy person wondering what all fuss is about, I guess I missed the point of a guy throwing the ball at the rim, barely grazing it with his fingertips, and it's the best dunk ever.

I agree it was a great dunk, but there is no reason to take away from LeBron's dunk over "the little guy." To jump over a 5'11 guy while concentrating on catching the ball is very difficult and to complete the dunk and with so much power is nearly unheard of.

Jumping over some little guy is one thing, slaming it down on one of the best defensive players the last 5 years is a gem.
